4. Camera Hardware & Local Storage

To use our camera features, you must grant browser-level camera permissions. Access is only active when explicitly requested by you. Because photos and videos are stored in your device's browser cache or local downloads, WebcamClicks cannot recover lost captures or deleted browser files.

5. AI & Entertainment Features Disclaimer

Certain effects offer automated estimates such as approximate emotion recognition, facial tracking, or age estimation. These algorithms run on-device using machine-learning heuristics solely for casual entertainment. They are not intended, certified, or suitable for medical, biometric authentication, psychological, legal, or identity verification purposes.
